1. Who we are
This website, waterrabbittoken.com (the "Site"), is operated by Water Rabbit Labs, a business registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria ("we", "us", "our"). Water Rabbit Labs develops and supports the Water Rabbit ($WAR) ecosystem, including WarGuard, the WAR Library and WARCAST.

2. Accepting these terms
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Risk Disclosure, our Token Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter into these terms where you live, to use the Site or to buy, hold or use $WAR.
3. What the Site is for
The Site provides general information about $WAR and its ecosystem. It is provided for information and education only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or investment, and nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
We do not sell $WAR on this Site. We do not hold, manage or have access to your wallet, funds or private keys.
4. $WAR and third-party platforms
$WAR is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain (contract 0x57bfe2af99aeb7a3de3bc0c42c22353742bfd20d). It is bought, sold and transferred through independent third parties, such as PancakeSwap, centralised exchanges, wallets and price trackers. We do not own, control or operate those services, and we are not responsible for their availability, fees, security, accuracy or conduct.
Any transaction you make with $WAR happens directly on the blockchain between you and the protocol or platform you choose. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us.
The $WAR contract includes a 9% tax on buys and sells: 3% is burned and 6% funds building and development across the entire Water Rabbit Labs ecosystem, including WAR Arcade, WaraGuard and the WAR Library, and the day-to-day operations of Water Rabbit Labs. Ownership of the contract has been renounced, so neither we nor anyone else can change these rates.
5. Your responsibilities
When you use the Site or $WAR, you agree that:
- you are responsible for your own decisions, research and risk assessment;
- you are responsible for keeping your wallet, seed phrase and devices secure. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys;
- you will check that you are using the correct contract address and official links, and you will watch out for impersonators;
- you are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including any rules on crypto assets, taxes and reporting where you live;
- you will not use the Site or $WAR for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose.
6. Restricted locations
Information about $WAR is not directed at anyone in a country or region where buying, holding or promoting crypto assets is prohibited or restricted, or that is subject to comprehensive sanctions. It is your responsibility to make sure that using the Site or $WAR is legal for you.
7. Roadmaps and forward-looking statements
The roadmap, "mission" and similar statements on the Site describe goals and plans. They are not promises, guarantees or commitments. Plans, timelines, listings, partnerships and features can change, be delayed or be cancelled for many reasons, including market conditions, regulation, technology and available resources.
8. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the Site accurate, but figures such as holders, supply, burns, liquidity and prices change constantly and may be out of date or approximate. Always check live on-chain data, for example on BscScan, before relying on any number. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.
9. Partners and links
The Site lists ecosystem partners and links to external sites and products. A listing or link does not mean we endorse, guarantee or are responsible for that party, and it does not mean they endorse $WAR. Your use of any external site is at your own risk and under its own terms.
10. Intellectual property
The Water Rabbit name, logo, artwork, text and design of the Site belong to Water Rabbit Labs or are used with permission. You may share links to the Site and quote small parts for non-commercial commentary with credit. You may not use our branding in a way that suggests you are us, or to promote another token, product or scheme, without our written permission.
11. No warranties
The Site, $WAR, and all related tools and content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or the value or performance of $WAR.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Water Rabbit Labs and its directors, team members and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, tokens, funds, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site, $WAR, any third-party platform, or any reliance on information on the Site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover Water Rabbit Labs for any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site or $WAR.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria will have jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
