1. What $WAR is
Water Rabbit ($WAR) is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain (contract 0x57bfe2af99aeb7a3de3bc0c42c22353742bfd20d). It was fair-launched on July 27, 2022 with no presale. It is now supported and developed by Water Rabbit Labs.
$WAR is intended as a community and utility token within the Water Rabbit ecosystem. Its long-term aim is to work as a medium of exchange, a unit of account and a store of value. That aim describes what the project is working toward. It is not a description of what $WAR is today, and it is not a promise.
2. What $WAR is not
Holding $WAR does not give you:
- ownership, shares or equity in Water Rabbit Labs or any other company;
- a right to dividends, profits, revenue, interest or any payment;
- voting or governance rights, unless we explicitly announce a specific feature that grants them;
- any claim on the assets, treasury or operations funds of Water Rabbit Labs;
- any right to redeem $WAR for money or anything else from us.
$WAR is not legal tender, not a bank deposit, and is not insured or protected by any government deposit or investor-compensation scheme.
3. No promise of price or return
We make no promise, prediction or guarantee about the price of $WAR or any return from holding it. Any price targets, predictions or "to the moon" statements made by community members, influencers or third parties are their own opinions and are not endorsed by us. Do not buy $WAR expecting to profit from our work.
4. Use of the development and operations tax
The 6% development and operations portion of the transaction tax funds building and development across the entire Water Rabbit Labs ecosystem, including WAR Arcade, WaraGuard and the WAR Library, and the day-to-day operations of Water Rabbit Labs. It is not distributed to holders, and holders have no claim on it.
5. Ecosystem products
WarGuard, the WAR Library and WARCAST are educational and informational tools. WarGuard risk scores and scan results are automated, can be wrong or incomplete, and are not a guarantee that any token is safe or unsafe. The WAR Library and WARCAST are for education, not advice. Always make your own decisions.
6. Not an offer
Nothing on this Site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell $WAR, a security or any other financial product in any jurisdiction. $WAR has not been registered with, approved by or reviewed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria or any other regulator.
